Worship lies at the heart of Epworth life and discipleship. Spiritual growth is nurtured in community. Worshiping together with other people provides an experience of the Divine that differs from private spiritual experiences. Shared experiences of worship create vital connections both with God and with one another.

Moreover, in worship we gather to celebrate the sacrificial love of God in Christ. Our worship is for those of us who gather, of course, but it’s also for the world, because as John 3:16 states, “God so loved the world.” In response we offer ourselves as living sacrifices in union with Christ’s offering for us. And so, we go forth from worship united with Christ and with one other in ministry to the whole world–renewed, challenged and encouraged to live out the love of Christ together.

Children are always welcome to attend worship services with you or, at your discretion, they may enjoy our church nursery.
